Shows at the shop!

Hey, did you know we also host shows at the My Vinyl Underground shop? As bad as we are at the socials, we still always manage to post about them on facebook & instagram, but I thought it might be a good idea to also list 'em here to accommodate those who aren't particularly social media-friendly (like myself, ha ha!)...

This page is still a work in progress right now (as in I'd like to also feature all of our past shows), but here are the ones we've had so far this year:

Terms and Conditions

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for items that are still sealed. If it is not sealed, it is non-returnable. Please send us an email at shop@jigsaw-records.com for instructions, should you need to return anything.

We try to pack every order as securely as possible, but if your package somehow gets damaged in transit, please let us know.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. All rates vary by weight and destination, so please check your cart to view the postage cost for your order.

For our international customers: if you are ordering more than a few items, you can email us to ask about a possible postage adjustment, as I can get a more accurate weight (especially with multiple lps involved) or by simply removing cd cases to reduce the package weight. However, if you are ordering only one cd or record, then I'm afraid the price you're seeing is the actual price - ridiculous, I know, sorry...
