Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy for items that are still sealed. If it is not sealed, it is non-returnable. Please send us an email at shop@jigsaw-records.com for instructions, should you need to return anything.
We try to pack every order as securely as possible, but if your package somehow gets damaged in transit, please let us know.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS. All rates vary by weight and destination, so please check your cart to view the postage cost for your order.
For our international customers: if you are ordering more than a few items, you can email us to ask about a possible postage adjustment, as I can get a more accurate weight (especially with multiple lps involved) or by simply removing cd cases to reduce the package weight. However, if you are ordering only one cd or record, then I'm afraid the price you're seeing is the actual price - ridiculous, I know, sorry...
