on the long list of current Portland bands I love, Alien Boy are easily in the top three, and their second lp is a stunningly powerful mix of shoegaze and emo (so, dense and dreamy pop songs with equally moody lyrics) in the vein of Pity Sex and Dead Soft - on pink/yellow vinyl!
